I was going to feature the Redback Spider next, but I went up the creek this afternoon and got this little fellow, a Cool-temperate Water Skink if I’m correct. I saw a lot of them in the rocky creek bed while I was chasing dragonflies, and this one was very cooperative. Click to enlarge.
